After viewing our clinician bios, you may already have a sense of which clinician may be a good fit for you and you may request this clinician.  Alternatively, a recommendation will be made for you based on the information you provide on the phone.  After scheduling, you will be asked to complete admission forms ahead of your initial appointment.
